Turkey Sloppy Joes

I love the week between Christmas and New Years.  The rush and craziness of parties and presents is over, work slows down and days can be spent relaxing at home with friends and family.  With nowhere to go and nothing to do, this is an optimal time to get cooking.  Our family usually goes up to the snow during this week.  While the boys go off to ski school, I am more than happy to stay inside and cook up a storm.  Nothing suits these lazy, cozy days more than Sloppy Joes.  Comforting, filling and warming, this easy recipe will sure to be a family favorite.  Turkey meat can easily be substituted for ground beef and you can make it well in advance in heat up.  Enjoy!IMG_1545
