Sesame Soy Broccoli and Cabbage Salad

Serves: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- Dressing
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon sugar or honey
- pepper, to taste
- Salad
- 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into very small florets
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ tablespoons sliced almonds
- 4 scallions chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Toss all the salad ingredients togerther in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
