The Perfect Green Smoothie
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 handful kale leaves
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 green apple, cored and quartered
- 1 Banana (I like frozen)
- juice from 1 lemon
- handful of ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in high powered blender (preferably vitamix) and mix until well blended.
