I know it’s kind of a pain to make two different smoothies in the morning, but this is truly your families perfect breakfast. Minerals, vitamins and antioxidants from the fruit and veg, the full array or amino acids from the protein powder and healthy fats from nuts and seeds. Without fail, I begin each morning with this smoothie and I feel nourished and satisfied for hours. For the kids, I found it can’t be green … so, I double the fruit and only add a small handful of spinach. I also give them a fat straw which makes it go down super fast…enjoy!
